Sound Proof Acoustic

We offer sound proof acoustic. The basis of these sound proof acoustic is to reducing noise of noise generating equipment like the air compressors placed at public places and other construction sites of various different application which create a great amount of noise and cause disturbances to the general public. We have devised two types of sound proofing one by the method of cladding the room where the DG or the compressor is installed and other type is to make a canopy for the same for out door or mobile applications.

Room Cladding & Surface Treatment
When the DG or compressor is placed inside the room we provide a 3" thick cladding of rock wool and further fastened with the help of aluminium sheets perforated sheets with a lining of glass fibre tissue. For the exhaust of the radiator air we provide sound atonautors and for the air intake for cooling the room our Universal make axial fan is provided with sound proof cowls to prevent any sound leakage from the fan end. Weather proof & anti corrosion provided to the entire structure along with pure polyester powder coating.

Ventilation & Silencer
Acoustic Enclosure is designed in such a way that there are no hot pockets around engine. It is provided with suitable designed engine radiator or additional axial flow fan. It does not allow the temperature to rise more than 5-7 degree c. Specially designed low noise silencer is provided.

Insulation of Exhaust & Water pipes
The main purpose of insulating pipelines is to prevent heat passage from steam or hot- water pipes to the surrounding air or from the surrounding air to cold-water lines. In some cold regions, insulation also prevents water from freezing in a pipe, especially, when the pipe runs outside a building. Thus, hot-water lines are insulated to prevent loss of heat from the hot water, while potable waterlines are insulated to prevent absorption of heat in drinking water. Insulation also subdues noise made by the flow of water inside pipes, such as water closet discharges.
